Deep raspberry-pink cocktail in a chilled coupe, with a half sugar rim and three raspberries, beside a lipstick-kissed napkin, a book and a brass key on marble.
THE OPEN HOUSE BY ELIRA HOPE

FOR IDEALLY POSITIONED

The Open House

Good taste. Questionable intentions.

A raspberry, lime and vanilla vodka cocktail, served in a chilled coupe. Gorgeous pink, a little tart, and dressed for a very private inspection.

For one cocktail

  • 45 ml vanilla vodka
  • 20 ml Chambord raspberry liqueur
  • 25 ml cranberry juice
  • 15 ml freshly squeezed lime juice
  • Ice
  • Three fresh raspberries to garnish
  • Fine sugar for half the rim

Chill a coupe and add a fine sugar rim to just half the glass. Shake the vodka, Chambord, cranberry and lime juice with ice until properly chilled. Strain into the coupe and garnish with three raspberries on a cocktail pick.

“You came for the open house. You stayed for the view.”

The signature cocktail for Ideally Positioned.
